Scheduling & Appointments

We make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointment windows. During periods of extreme demand, such as widespread heat waves or cold snaps affecting the entire metro simultaneously, response times may be longer than our typical average, though we prioritize based on urgency and safety concerns.

Warranty

Repairs include a 1-year written warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise specified at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on new equipment installations are separate and governed by the specific manufacturer's warranty terms, which we will provide documentation for at the time of installation.
